Corporate Bank Account
Opening Assistance
JNT starts with the company jurisdiction, ownership and control, directors, business model, operating countries, counterparties, currencies, expected transactions, and source of funds. We then help compare banks or regulated account providers whose published onboarding scope may fit the application. Each provider performs its own review and makes the final decision.

Traditional bank account applications
A bank may ask for a branch or video interview, certified company and identity records, evidence of operations, contracts or invoices, a source-of-funds explanation, and an opening balance. Requirements depend on the bank, entity jurisdiction, owners, activity, and risk profile. JNT helps organize the application but cannot replace the bank's due diligence or approve the account.

Check the provider, license, protections, and account features
A digital business account may be issued by a bank, a payment institution, or an electronic money institution. These are not interchangeable. Before applying, confirm the legal entity providing the service, its regulator and register entry, where the account is held, and which customer-fund protections apply.
Remote onboarding can be useful for an international company, but support for a company jurisdiction, owner country, industry, currency, or payment corridor varies by provider. Fees, foreign-exchange terms, transfer limits, cards, local account details, and named or pooled account arrangements should be compared against the intended transaction profile.

Questions to check before applying
- Which legal entity provides the service, and which regulator or public register confirms its status?
- Does it support the company jurisdiction, owners, directors, industry, customer countries, and supplier countries?
- Which currencies, transfer routes, cards, fees, foreign-exchange terms, and transaction limits apply?
- Are funds covered by deposit insurance, safeguarding, another protection, or neither under the applicable rules?
Corporate bank account application process
Application fit and KYB reviewApplication fit and KYB review
JNT reviews the entity, owners, directors, business purpose, operating countries, counterparties, currencies, expected volumes, and source of funds before suggesting an application route.
The first review should answer questions such as:
- Where is the company registered, managed, and conducting business?
- What products or services generate its revenue?
- Who owns and controls the company, including every ultimate beneficial owner?
- Who are the expected customers, suppliers, and payment counterparties?
- Which currencies, monthly volumes, transaction sizes, and payment corridors are expected?
- What evidence explains the source of funds and source of wealth where required?

Evidence pack and business profileEvidence pack and business profile
We help organize the incorporation records, ownership chart, identity and address documents, business profile, contracts, invoices, website information, financial records, and transaction explanation requested for the selected route.
The documents must be current, consistent, and suitable for the provider's certification or translation rules. A newly formed company may need to explain its forecast and provide evidence from the founders or a related operating business.

Provider and requirement comparisonProvider and
requirement comparisonJNT compares published eligibility, document requirements, interview format, currencies, transaction features, fees, minimum balance, and expected review process for potentially suitable banks or account providers.
A comparison is an application-screening step, not a promise that a provider will accept the company. Eligibility, products, pricing, and onboarding requirements can change before or during the review.

Interview and clarification preparationInterview and clarification preparation
If the provider requests an interview or follow-up, JNT helps the applicant review the submitted facts and prepare clear explanations of the ownership, activity, counterparties, transaction profile, and funding. The applicant must answer truthfully and confirm all information directly.

Independent provider review and decisionIndependent provider review and decision
The bank or account provider carries out its own due diligence, may request more information, and independently approves, limits, or declines the application. JNT can coordinate follow-up but does not control the decision or processing time.
If an account is approved, the provider sets the activation, opening-balance, security, and ongoing-monitoring requirements. The company remains responsible for accurate information and for using the account within the provider's terms.
