1. Giới thiệu

JNT Consultancy & Services Pte. Ltd. (“JNT“, “chúng tôi”) vận hành ứng dụng Tin Tức Thuế Bot (sau đây gọi là “Ứng dụng”), một công cụ tự động tổng hợp tin tức thuế Việt Nam và đăng lên Facebook Page Tin Tức Thuế. Chính sách này mô tả cách Ứng dụng thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin.

2. Dữ liệu thu thập

Ứng dụng KHÔNG thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ người dùng cuối Facebook. Cụ thể:

• Người quản trị Page: Ứng dụng truy cập thông tin định danh cơ bản của tài khoản Facebook quản trị Page (tên, ID Page) qua Facebook Login với quyền pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts.
• Nội dung công khai: Ứng dụng đăng các bài viết do AI tổng hợp lên Page. Nội dung gốc được trích xuất từ các trang báo công khai (baomoi.com và nguồn báo gốc).
• Telegram: Ứng dụng dùng Telegram bot riêng để gửi tin chờ duyệt cho người quản trị (không thu thập tin nhắn của người dùng khác).

3. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu

• Đăng bài viết tự động lên Facebook Page mà người quản trị uỷ quyền.
• Quản lý lịch sử bài đăng (chống đăng trùng).
• Gửi tin chờ duyệt qua Telegram cho người quản trị.

4. Lưu trữ và bảo mật

• Dữ liệu được lưu trữ cục bộ trong môi trường tự quản lý của JNT (n8n self-hosted), không chia sẻ với bên thứ ba.
• Lịch sử bài đăng (URL, tiêu đề, tóm tắt) lưu tối đa 50 bản ghi gần nhất.
• Token truy cập Facebook được mã hoá trong hệ thống credential của n8n.

5. Bên thứ ba

• Groq Inc. — Dịch vụ AI để tóm tắt nội dung (gửi tiêu đề + đoạn mô tả ngắn, không gửi data cá nhân).
• Telegram Bot API — Kênh duyệt nội dung nội bộ.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — Đăng nội dung lên Facebook Page.

6. Quyền của người dùng

Người quản trị Page có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập của Ứng dụng bất cứ lúc nào tại Cài đặt Business Integrations của Facebook. Khi quyền bị thu hồi, Ứng dụng sẽ ngừng đăng bài và xoá token liên quan.

7. Trẻ em

Ứng dụng không hướng đến người dùng dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật.

1. Introduction

JNT Consultancy & Services Pte. Ltd. (“JNT“, “we”, “us”) operates Tin Tức Thuế Bot (the “App”), an automated tool that aggregates Vietnamese tax-related news and publishes summaries to the Tin Tức Thuế Facebook Page. This Policy explains what information the App processes and how it is protected.

2. Data we process

The App does not collect personal data from Facebook end-users. Specifically:

• Page administrators: The App accesses basic identifiers of the Facebook account administering the Page (name, Page ID) via Facebook Login with the scopes pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, and pages_manage_posts.
• Public news content: The App publishes AI-generated summaries to the Page. Source articles are extracted from public news websites (baomoi.com and original publishers).
• Telegram: The App uses a dedicated Telegram bot to send approval-pending items to the Page administrator only (no end-user data is collected).

3. Purpose of processing

• Publish posts automatically to the Facebook Page authorised by the administrator.
• Maintain a deduplication log to avoid re-posting the same article.
• Send approval-pending items to the administrator via Telegram.

4. Storage & security

• Data is stored locally in JNT’s self-hosted environment (n8n) and is not shared with third parties beyond those listed in §5.
• The deduplication log retains the most recent 50 URLs.
• Facebook access tokens are stored in n8n’s encrypted credential vault.

5. Third parties

• Groq Inc. — AI summarisation service (we send only article titles and short excerpts; no personal data).
• Telegram Bot API — internal approval channel.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — for publishing to Facebook Page.

6. User rights

Page administrators can revoke the App’s access at any time via Facebook’s Business Integrations settings. Upon revocation, the App will stop publishing and the associated tokens will be deleted.

7. Children

The App is not directed to users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the revised date.
