M\u00f4 t\u1ea3 d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5<\/h3>\r\n\u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng l\u00e0 c\u00f4ng c\u1ee5 t\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ed9ng ho\u00e1 n\u1ed9i b\u1ed9 c\u1ee7a JNT Consultancy &amp; Services Pte. Ltd. (&#8220;JNT&#8221;), th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Thu th\u1eadp (crawl) tin t\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf c\u00f4ng khai t\u1eeb c\u00e1c trang b\u00e1o Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>T\u00f3m t\u1eaft n\u1ed9i dung b\u1eb1ng AI.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>G\u1eedi tin ch\u1edd duy\u1ec7t cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb Page qua Telegram.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u0110\u0103ng b\u00e0i \u0111\u00e3 duy\u1ec7t l\u00ean Facebook Page m\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb u\u1ef7 quy\u1ec1n.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>3. T\u00e0i kho\u1ea3n &amp; quy\u1ec1n truy c\u1eadp<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 quy\u1ec1n qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb (Admin) tr\u00ean Facebook Page m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng t\u1ef1 ch\u1ecbu tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m v\u1ec1 t\u00ednh b\u1ea3o m\u1eadt c\u1ee7a t\u00e0i kho\u1ea3n Facebook v\u00e0 c\u00e1c token truy c\u1eadp \u0111\u00e3 c\u1ea5p.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 thu h\u1ed3i quy\u1ec1n truy c\u1eadp b\u1ea5t c\u1ee9 l\u00fac n\u00e0o qua <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/settings?tab=business_tools\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">C\u00e0i \u0111\u1eb7t Business Integrations<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>4. Quy\u1ec1n s\u1edf h\u1eefu tr\u00ed tu\u1ec7<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>B\u1ea3n quy\u1ec1n n\u1ed9i dung tin t\u1ee9c g\u1ed1c thu\u1ed9c v\u1ec1 c\u00e1c c\u01a1 quan b\u00e1o ch\u00ed ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh (B\u00e1o Gia Lai, S\u00e0i G\u00f2n Ti\u1ebfp Th\u1ecb, C\u00f4ng Th\u01b0\u01a1ng, v.v.). \u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ec9 t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p, kh\u00f4ng chi\u1ebfm d\u1ee5ng.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>M\u1ed7i b\u00e0i \u0111\u0103ng \u0111\u1ec1u d\u1eabn ngu\u1ed3n b\u00e1o g\u1ed1c trong tin duy\u1ec7t qua Telegram. Ph\u1ea7n t\u00f3m t\u1eaft do AI vi\u1ebft l\u1ea1i v\u1edbi m\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch th\u00f4ng tin, kh\u00f4ng thay th\u1ebf n\u1ed9i dung g\u1ed1c.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>M\u00e3 ngu\u1ed3n c\u1ee7a \u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng v\u00e0 c\u00e1c t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n li\u00ean quan thu\u1ed9c JNT.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>5. S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng h\u1ee3p l\u1ec7<\/h3>\r\nB\u1ea1n kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u0110\u0103ng n\u1ed9i dung vi ph\u1ea1m ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt Vi\u1ec7t Nam ho\u1eb7c n\u01b0\u1edbc s\u1edf t\u1ea1i.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Spam, l\u1eeba \u0111\u1ea3o ho\u1eb7c \u0111\u00e1nh c\u1eafp d\u1eef li\u1ec7u.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Vi ph\u1ea1m <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/terms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\u0110i\u1ec1u kho\u1ea3n Facebook<\/a> ho\u1eb7c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/communitystandards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n C\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>6. Gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng cung c\u1ea5p &#8220;nguy\u00ean tr\u1ea1ng&#8221; (as-is), kh\u00f4ng b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m v\u1ec1 t\u00ednh ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c, \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7 c\u1ee7a n\u1ed9i dung tin t\u1ee9c.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>JNT kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ecbu tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m cho thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i ph\u00e1t sinh t\u1eeb vi\u1ec7c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng, tr\u1eeb khi lu\u1eadt ph\u00e1p b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>JNT kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ecbu tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m cho gi\u00e1n \u0111o\u1ea1n d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 t\u1eeb ph\u00eda Facebook, Telegram, Groq, ho\u1eb7c c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n b\u00e1o.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>7. Ch\u1ea5m d\u1ee9t<\/h3>\r\nJNT c\u00f3 quy\u1ec1n ch\u1ea5m d\u1ee9t \u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng b\u1ea5t c\u1ee9 l\u00fac n\u00e0o m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n th\u00f4ng b\u00e1o tr\u01b0\u1edbc. Ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ng\u1eebng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch thu h\u1ed3i quy\u1ec1n truy c\u1eadp Page.\r\n<h3>8. Lu\u1eadt \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh<\/h3>\r\n\u0110i\u1ec1u kho\u1ea3n n\u00e0y \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh theo lu\u1eadt ph\u00e1p Singapore. M\u1ecdi tranh ch\u1ea5p \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft t\u1ea1i to\u00e0 \u00e1n Singapore, tr\u1eeb khi lu\u1eadt b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c kh\u00e1c.\r\n<h3>9. Acceptance<\/h3>\r\nBy installing, activating, or granting <strong>Tin T\u1ee9c Thu\u1ebf Bot<\/strong> (the &#8220;App&#8221;) access to your Facebook Page, you agree to these Terms.\r\n<h3>2. Service description<\/h3>\r\nThe App is an internal automation tool by JNT Consultancy &amp; Services Pte. Ltd. (&#8220;JNT&#8221;) that:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Crawls public Vietnamese tax-related news.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Summarises content using AI.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sends approval-pending items to the Page administrator via Telegram.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Publishes approved items to the authorised Facebook Page.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>3. Accounts &amp; access<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Users must hold an Admin role on the target Facebook Page.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Users are responsible for the security of their Facebook account and any access tokens granted.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Users may revoke access at any time via Facebook&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/settings?tab=business_tools\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Business Integrations<\/a> settings.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>4. Intellectual property<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Copyright in original news articles belongs to the publishing outlets (e.g. B\u00e1o Gia Lai, S\u00e0i G\u00f2n Ti\u1ebfp Th\u1ecb, C\u00f4ng Th\u01b0\u01a1ng). The App aggregates, it does not appropriate.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Each Telegram approval item cites the original publisher. AI summaries are informational and do not replace the original work.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The App source code and related assets are owned by JNT.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>5. Acceptable use<\/h3>\r\nYou shall not use the App to:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Publish content that violates applicable law in Vietnam or your jurisdiction.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Engage in spam, fraud, or data theft.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Breach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/terms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook Terms of Service<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/communitystandards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Community Standards<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>6. Limitation of liability<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>The App is provided &#8220;as-is&#8221; without warranty of accuracy or completeness of news content.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>JNT shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the App, except where required by law.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>JNT is not responsible for service interruptions caused by Facebook, Telegram, Groq, or news sources.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>7. Termination<\/h3>\r\nJNT may terminate the App at any time without prior notice. Users may stop using the App by revoking Page access.\r\n<h3>8. Governing law<\/h3>\r\nThese Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore, except where otherwise required.\r\n<h3>9.
