Introduction<\/h3>\r\n<p>JNT Consultancy &amp; Services Pte. Ltd. (&#8220;<strong>JNT<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221;) operates <strong>Tin T\u1ee9c Thu\u1ebf Bot<\/strong> (the &#8220;App&#8221;), an automated tool that aggregates Vietnamese tax-related news and publishes summaries to the <em>Tin T\u1ee9c Thu\u1ebf<\/em> Facebook Page. This Policy explains what information the App processes and how it is protected.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>2. Data we process<\/h3>\r\n<p>The App does <strong>not<\/strong> collect personal data from Facebook end-users. Specifically:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><strong>Page administrators:<\/strong> The App accesses basic identifiers of the Facebook account administering the Page (name, Page ID) via Facebook Login with the scopes <code>pages_show_list<\/code>, <code>pages_read_engagement<\/code>, and <code>pages_manage_posts<\/code>.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Public news content:<\/strong> The App publishes AI-generated summaries to the Page. Source articles are extracted from public news websites (baomoi.com and original publishers).<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Telegram:<\/strong> The App uses a dedicated Telegram bot to send approval-pending items to the Page administrator only (no end-user data is collected).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>3. Purpose of processing<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Publish posts automatically to the Facebook Page authorised by the administrator.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Maintain a deduplication log to avoid re-posting the same article.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Send approval-pending items to the administrator via Telegram.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>4. Storage &amp; security<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Data is stored locally in JNT&#8217;s self-hosted environment (n8n) and is not shared with third parties beyond those listed in \u00a75.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The deduplication log retains the most recent 50 URLs.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Facebook access tokens are stored in n8n&#8217;s encrypted credential vault.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5. Third parties<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><strong>Groq Inc.<\/strong> \u2014 AI summarisation service (we send only article titles and short excerpts; no personal data).<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Telegram Bot API<\/strong> \u2014 internal approval channel.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Meta Platforms, Inc.<\/strong> \u2014 for publishing to Facebook Page.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>6. User rights<\/h3>\r\n<p>Page administrators can revoke the App&#8217;s access at any time via Facebook&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/settings?tab=business_tools\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Business Integrations<\/a> settings. Upon revocation, the App will stop publishing and the associated tokens will be deleted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>7. Children<\/h3>\r\n<p>The App is not directed to users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>8. Changes<\/h3>\r\n<p>We may update this Policy from time to time.
